Ceramic Flower Blooms Workshop with Jimena Román Wednesday & Friday, July 22 & 24, 12–3 PM Two Sessions | $150 | All Materials Included | Adults & Youth Ages 12+ Learn how to create beautiful ceramic flowers that can be attached to vessels, incorporated into future sculptural projects, or displayed on their own as decorative wall art. In this two-session workshop, Master Sculptor and Instructor Jimena Román will guide students through the process of designing and hand-building dimensional flower blooms from clay. Students will learn how to successfully form petals, construct flower centers, assemble the individual components, and reinforce each bloom so it remains structurally sound through drying and firing. During the second session, students will continue refining their flowers, adding texture and sculptural details, and applying underglaze to their leather-hard pieces. After the workshop, Treasure Coast Pottery staff will apply a clear glaze and fire each completed piece.
