River Bowl Class with Cathleen

Service Description

Create a striking, organic boulder river tray using a hump mold, textured clay slabs, and contrasting dark clay coils. Some clay experience is helpful but not required. Students will learn how to use a slab roller, texture mats and rollers, create coils, form clay over a hump mold, and properly slip and score attachments. The most exciting moment comes when the finished form is lifted from the mold and revealed! Choose an Amber, clear or Emerald Green glaze, which will be applied by studio staff. Finished artwork will be ready for pickup in approximately 3-4 weeks. Clay, glaze, and firing are included. A minimum enrollment is required; classes with low enrollment may be rescheduled.
