Private Pottery Wheel Experience for ages 10+ Looking for a fun, creative experience with family, friends, or coworkers? Our Private Pottery Wheel Experience is the perfect introduction to the art of throwing clay. Your instructor will guide you through the fundamentals of the pottery wheel, including centering, opening, and pulling the walls to create your first vessel. Along the way, you'll learn basic pottery techniques while enjoying a relaxed, hands-on experience. Want extra guidance? We're happy to help every step of the way. Prefer to experiment on your own? You're welcome to take the lead and let your creativity shape the experience. No prior experience is necessary—just come ready to get your hands dirty and have fun! What to Bring: Please bring one bath-sized towel for use during your pottery wheel experience. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little clay on, tying back long hair and clipping long fingernails. Food & Beverages: You're welcome to bring your own food and beverages to enjoy before or after your pottery experience in our front gallery. Finished pieces will be trimmed, glazed, and kiln-fired by our studio staff and will be ready for pickup in approximately three weeks. Please read cancellation policy on the website.
