The Pottery Wheel Experience Curious about the pottery wheel? This fun, beginner-friendly class is the perfect introduction. Learn the basics of wheel throwing in a relaxed, lighthearted environment and enjoy the experience of shaping clay by hand. Each participant will create several pieces and choose their two favorites to be trimmed, glazed, and fired for later pickup. Class Details Ages: 13 and up Minimum: 6 participants required Offered: Offered Friday evenings, select daytime hours, and Saturdays. What to Know: You must bring a towel, dress for mess and wear comfortable clothing (aprons welcome). Remove jewelry, tie back long hair, and note that shorter nails work best on the wheel.
